Are you a graduate but not sure what job options your Degree or Diploma gives you?

We offer you two routes to starting your career with us.

Which Degree/Diploma do you have?

If you have a degree or Diploma such as Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Counselling or a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care you have the entry qualification for a Case Manager.

If successful, we offer a ‘protected’ first year in employment during which you will complete a fully funded and accredited Level 3 Tackling Substance Misuse qualification. Your first year includes a reduced caseload to let you learn on the job with the support of a supervisor and mentor.

What if I have another Degree/Diploma?

If you have a different Degree or Diploma, you have the entry qualification for a Trainee Case Manager.

The traineeship lasts two years and includes a fully funded, accredited, and supported Diploma in Substance Misuse. A practice and learning portfolio done alongside the Diploma offers a framework to offer you support and mentoring ensuring you gain additional skills and the confidence to apply them.

On qualifying you will immediately receive a pay uplift to the qualified case manager pay band.
